General Info

Letters are fine• I am not responsible for lost or damaged mail• I always pack with a pennysleeve & toploader, or cardboard for bigger items• I put up to 5 pcs in one toploader• I only send out letters via mailbox. Send out proof will be posted in my story as bulk send out. If you want an individual send out video please lmk beforehand• If possible, please don’t send me freebies. I’d prefer you give them to someone who will appreciate them :)
Trading
• You must have at least 20 clickable proofs, otherwise I'll ask you to send out first and I will wait until your part arrives before I send out mine• Please let me know beforehand if the item has any damage, I'll do the same• I'm gonna send you a video of the item we are trading, same as sending address confirmation.
I'll expect the same from you• I will write your @ on the back of the envelope. Please let me know if you don't want that for any reason• Please send me your address as text, not as a picture.
Images in chats often stop loading after some time, and I copy-paste addresses directly into the stamp website to avoid typos or spelling errors.• If possible, please don’t send me freebies. I’d prefer you give them to someone who will appreciate them :)
Selling

Group Orders
• I DON'T accept back outs. When you claim a spot please be ready to pay for it once I ask you to. Otherwise you'll need to find someone who'll take your spot• I dont want minors joining my GOs, due to previous experiences. Please accept that decision• If you fail to pay in time, you'll lose your claim or your item will be resold, you won't get a refund• If I don't receive a shipping form within 3 months your item*s will be resold and you wont get a refund. Im not a warehouse• I always send updates in the group chat• By joining a GO I assume you agree to all of my rules in this info
Important
• My next shipping day is always listed in my Instagram bio, its mostly on thursday• If there are any delays or important information, they will be listed in my `updates´ hightlight• If you have read all my rules and are okay with them, please include a 🐶 emoji when messaging me.
Shipping Prices
• I charge 20 cents for packaging materials. This covers items like toploaders, envelopes, greeting cards, etc., as they aren’t free. If you’re not comfortable with this material fee, please refrain from purchasing. Note that the 20 cents are already included in the prices listed below.
